Got to get healthy!

A quick note..

I have been receiving some criticism as to the pictures I post up, that they are a bit “too skinny” or that they “need some meat on them”. Fair enough if you think that, I am not going to argue with your point of view. I personally believe that all women’s bodies are beautiful, thin, curvy, pear shape, hour glass, whatever… 

THE thing is, I post up fitness models because they are in the peak of physical fitness and health… I don’t post up “thinspiration” posts because I think that gives unrealistic expectations, while these women could be healthy, most are naturally thin, or have used unhealthy means of getting there.

My goal is to be healthy, my goal is to reach peak physical strength, conditioning and fitness. I don’t encourage anyone to starve themselves… I hate those Pro-ana tumbrs… and I really wish people would get off my back.. Im encouraging people to be healthy. My overall message is not just about weight, its about changing your mindset, about being healthy, not just for a little while, but for the rest of your life.
